Saturday 12 April: This 9-hour course is designed for experienced gun handlers who can organize and supervise safe shooting activities and range operations. NRA Range Safety Officers must be at least 21 years old. The course covers the following topics: roles and responsibilities of a Range Safety Officer, standard operating procedures, range inspection and rules, firearm stoppages and malfunctions, and emergency procedures during Range Safety Briefings. The course also includes role-playing scenarios. Candidates must score at least 90% on the written exam.
Course Fee: $90.00 ($75.00 deposit)
